A Christmas Carol

It is a tale told over and over again - but with this incarnation director Annie Loui reimagined the classic story of Scrooge into a movement-based theatrical experience. I decided to keep the characters in "period" garments, but pared down significantly in order to allow for vigourous movement. Gone were the corsets and petticoats, but the essence of the time period stayed. The major scenic element was a four poster bed that could be transformed in a multitude of ways in order to serve each scene and location best. Produced by University of California, Irvine.
